Most homes need electricity and internet before move-in. Many people also add TV, cell phone service, home security, and renter’s insurance. Water, gas, and trash are usually handled by your city or property — we’ll tell you who to call.
Two to three weeks before move-in is ideal. That gives time for internet installs and lets electricity start on your move-in date. Moving sooner? Call us — same-week setups are common.
Yes. We’ll check whether your current providers serve the new address, transfer what makes sense, and switch what doesn’t — including scheduling disconnects at the old place.
